The Ryzen would give great performance at a budget price. I original purchased an MSI Gaming Plus Max and it was broken out of the box. Then I went with an ASRock motherboard, only because it was in stock and it too was broken.\u00a0 Finally\u00a0 I found an <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/MSI-Performance-Gaming-Crossfire-Motherboard\/dp\/B07XHH4YG4\/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&amp;keywords=MSI+B450+GAMING+PLUS+MAX&amp;qid=1595878195&amp;sr=8-1&amp;_encoding=UTF8&amp;tag=joez34340a-20&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;linkId=6b614eebc9dce2fe3b23e6187ac83fd1&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325\">MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max in stock and it was $110.<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Since I purchased the board the price has increased to $215 on Amazon. Whatever RAM you choose try to get sticks in even amounts. The addition of this DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX cooler dropped our core temps down to the 45c to 55c range. Its huge so make sure the case you purchased can fit it. <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B00JQ2YDCY\/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1&amp;_encoding=UTF8&amp;tag=joez34340a-20&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;linkId=44539339f4bf4f512b6ced4431f8122d&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325\">$25.99 at Amazon<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You may also need some extra thermal compound paste to fix the new cooler to the CPU. <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B07LF66ZSV\/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1&amp;_encoding=UTF8&amp;tag=joez34340a-20&amp;linkCode=ur2&amp;linkId=dd06145a215b306f0d520aa4c1b8033c&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325\">$12 at Amazon<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not going to go into the full assembly instructions, but I will share a few things I learned when building the PC.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure you flash the BIOS of the motherboard to the latest version<\/li>\n<li>A bigger CPU cooler makes a difference (or go liquid cooling)<\/li>\n<li>Stress test your gaming computer build with PRIME 95 &lt;&#8211;
